You can see the games that are in bundles on our main page. After deciding to buy our bundle, click on “Buy Now” button and then you will see the payment options. In this section, you can adjust settings according to your choices and when you click on “Buy Bundle” button you will be redirected to the payment screen of your selected payment method (e.g. Paypal). After completing payment process, you can access your games.
No. FlyingBundle DO NOT store any of your payment information (credit card, debit card, billing address, etc.) during payment process . We do not have a direct payment system so, you need to pay through listed payment gateway methods.
Not necessarily. You can easily pay without having an account. When you get to the payment screen of your selected payment method choose that you want to pay with your credit/debit card. After processing your order it will redirect you to our site.
You can pay whatever you want for our bundles. When you scroll down to Payment Options section you will see a slider. You can adjust the price that you want to pay here. Some bundles may have different minimum prices.
FlyingBundle bundles may have 1 or more tiers with different games, and prices. Fixed minimum price means, there is only one minimum price that won’t be changed and buyers will not get the games in that particular tier if they pay less than the minimum price of the tier.
Yes, most of the products you purchase from FlyingBundle are Steam/Desura redeemable. To access these games you need to install Steam/Desura clients and register on them. These are free applications that you can download on their official websites. For DRM-free products you don't need to have any third-party software. Types of the products are shown to you with small icons on product covers on main bundle page. You can see them before purchasing.
You can see the tiers on our main page. If you pay more than minimum price of a particular tier, you will unlock this tier and will get the games that are in this tier. If you pay for higher tier, the lower tier will be added to your account automatically. Also in the “payment” section, you will see which games will be added to your account for the price you select or enter. In this section, games you see with bright covers will be added to your account and games with darker covers need more payment to be added.
Mystery games are announced second week of the bundle. Before that, you will not know which game is it and also will not receive its key. Once it's announced, its key will be added to your profile.
No, it is not. You can buy bundles without registering to the site.
If you use the same e-mail address that you used while you were buying bundles, all purchased and gifted bundles will automatically appear in your profile page.
No. This page is assigned to your e-mail address and it will not work for any other person.
It is not possible to buy the bundle after the offer ends.
You can follow us on Facebook and Twitter page or Steam and Desura group to be informed about new bundles. Also, you can signup to our newsletter and you will receive notification when there is a new bundle.
There is a “Change my profile information” link on your profile page. If you click on it, you will see a form where you can change your information.
After purchasing a bundle, you will receive a link in your e-mail and you can access your games by clicking on this link. Also if you are a registered user, you can see your purchased bundles and game codes/download links in your profile page.
If you lose the link, you need to register with the same e-mail that you used to buy the bundles/received the gifts to access your downloads/keys.
That checkbox is just a reminder for you to see if you used that particular game key or not. Please note that we cannot check whether the keys are used and this checkbox cannot be changed automatically. When you use your keys, you can check this box and this way you will remember that you used this key before. If you check it by mistake, you can click on it again to uncheck.
You need to click on the “Redeem” buttons to see your keys. When you click on it, a pop-up page will come up to show you the keys. Also if you see all of the game codes in your profile except one/some of them, please check our announcements on the main bundle page. If there is any technical issue and/or awaiting keys from the developer, we will announce it there and when we receive the keys from the developer or solve the issue, you will see them in your profile page immediately.
Please don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders and make sure that you entered your e-mail address correctly while purchasing. If you still cannot find the e-mail, please contact us.
Try restarting your Steam/Desura client and then re-enter your key. You can use Steam and Desura keys only one time and only on one account. Please be sure that you have not used the key in any other Steam/Desura account.
If you receive an error, please do not try to buy the bundle several times, otherwise you may be charged several times. Please make sure that you don’t have any issue with the company which you are trying to make the payment through (e.g. Paypal) or your bank and if the problem persistent, please contact us.
Before making any purchase please make sure that you really want that product and please check your computer/system if it meets the minimum product requirements. All purchases are non-refundable once the keys have been disclosed to you.

If you check “Make it a gift” checkbox and then enter your friends e-mail in the “payment options” section before buying a bundle, they will receive a link in their e-mail and can access the games via this link.
Yes you can.
No, you will not be able to see the keys/download links of the gifted bundles. In your profile page, you can only see how much you paid for this bundle and which e-mail address or username you sent it to.
Please send an e-mail to us with the invoice ID of the purchase and we will send your/your friend's redeem link manually.
Currently no but we are working on it.
Only top contributors (when the bundle ends) who are registered to FlyingBundle will receive prizes. You can see which contributor will receive which prize and how much do you need to pay to be a (current) top contributor on the bundle page. If the prize is a digital content, you will receive it in your e-mail and if it is a physical item we will contact you to get your delivery address to send your prize.
Yes, you can click on “Old bundles” link that is at the bottom of the page to see these information.
Flying Points are what you get when bundles are purchased, whether by you or a referred friend. You can convert your points into coupons (you can find it in your account page) to save money or even get our bundles for free! For more information, please click on the "Flying Points" link at the end of the page.
Referral system is another way to get Flying Points. When you use the referral link we give you, each person who uses it to buy a bundle gives you the same points they would get themselves. For more information about referral system, please click on the "Flying Points" link at the end of the page.
You can find your referral link in your account page. To see your referral link please follow this order: My Account -> Get Flying Points (at the top right of the white area).
Each buyer can use a referral link while buying a bundle, but the same buyer cannot use any after that, until the next bundle. There's no limit to how many can buy using a referral link, however. For more information about referrals, please click on the "Flying Points" link at the end of the page.
